Quizizz bots: frequently asked questions

What the bot sender does, how many bots you can send, and what happens afterwards.

Paste the room code from the host's screen, choose how many bots to send and optionally give them names. The bots join the room live and you can watch them appear in the list.

The limit per game is shown next to the bot count field. You can send bots in several batches while the room is still open.

No. The bots only fill the room with players. They do not answer questions or interact with the game beyond joining it, and you can remove them from this page at any time.

Bots can only join live games with a plain numeric room code where anyone can enter a nickname. Rooms that require signing in, paper mode rooms, arena games and games that have already finished are rejected when you enter the code.

The bots show up as normal players with the names you gave them. Varied names and a realistic count blend in best; a room that fills with dozens of similar names in a second is easy to spot.

Sending bots is part of the Premium plan. Getting Wayground answers from a pin or link stays free.
