Yes, within 14 days of a purchase or renewal, as long as you haven't used any of the paid quota. Email us with your account email, the plan and the purchase date; we review requests within 7 business days. The full rules are in the refund policy.
Quiz platforms change their code now and then, which breaks answers until we patch our side, usually within a day. Check the service status at the top of this page first; if it says everything is working, send us the quiz link and what you saw.
