Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Quizit. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms of Service:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Quizit, operated by a private individual based in Poland.
  • Service refers to the Website and related tools, features, and content provided by Quizit.
  • One-Time Package means a single, non-recurring purchase that unlocks a pack of quizzes or other paid features (such as the Ultimate Access pack) and does not renew automatically.
  • Subscription means a recurring paid plan that unlocks additional features and higher usage limits and renews automatically until cancelled.
  • Terms means these Terms of Service that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service.
  • Website refers to Quizit, accessible from https://quizit.online.
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Acknowledgment

These Terms set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, then you may not access the Service.

Your access to and use of the Service is also conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with the Privacy Policy of the Company. Our Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information when you use the Website. Please read our Privacy Policy carefully before using our Service.

Description of the Service

Quizit provides tools and content intended to help users find answers and related information for selected online educational platforms and assignments. The Service is provided for personal, informational, and educational support purposes. Certain features are available free of charge, while others require a paid Subscription or a One-Time Package, as described in the "Paid Plans, Billing, and Payments" section below.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or that answers or other content will be complete, accurate, or up to date.

In addition to features available free of charge, we offer paid Subscriptions and One-Time Packages that unlock higher quiz limits and additional features. The current plans, their features, and their prices are described on the Pricing page. Access to paid features is granted electronically, immediately after your payment is confirmed, to the account you used at checkout.

Availability of Paid Features and Third-Party Dependencies

The Service depends on third-party educational platforms that we do not control. We do not guarantee that the Service, including paid features purchased under a Subscription or a One-Time Package, will remain functional or compatible with any third-party platform after your purchase. Changes, updates, technical restrictions, or outages introduced by third-party platforms or other external causes beyond our control may limit or interrupt some or all features at any time, and do not constitute a defect of the Service.

If paid features are unavailable for a prolonged period due to a confirmed failure on our side, you may be entitled to a refund as described in our Refund Policy . Unavailability caused by external factors beyond our control does not entitle you to a refund, except where required by mandatory law.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. When you make a purchase, your payment details are provided directly to Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms and Stripe's Privacy Policy. We do not collect or store your full payment card details on our servers. By submitting a payment, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method for the amounts shown at checkout.

Prices, Currency, and Taxes

Prices are shown in Polish zloty (PLN) on the Polish site and in US dollars (USD) on the English site. The exact amount, currency, and billing period are always displayed at checkout before you confirm a purchase. Prices may include or exclude applicable taxes depending on your location; any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

We may change the prices of Subscriptions and One-Time Packages from time to time. Price changes do not affect a billing period you have already paid for. For active Subscriptions, we will give you reasonable advance notice of a price change, and the new price will apply from the next renewal after the notice period. If you do not agree with the new price, you may cancel your Subscription before the change takes effect.

Automatic Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically. At the end of each billing period, your Subscription renews for the same period and your saved payment method is charged the then-current price, until you cancel.

You can cancel your Subscription at any time in the billing section of your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you keep access to paid features until that date, no further renewals are charged, and no partial refunds are issued for the remainder of the period except as described in our Refund Policy or where required by law.

One-Time Packages are one-time purchases: they do not renew automatically and no recurring charges are made for them.

Failed Payments

If a renewal payment fails, we or Stripe may retry the charge. If payment cannot be collected, we may suspend or downgrade your access to paid features until payment is completed.

Refunds

Refunds for Subscriptions and One-Time Packages are governed by our Refund Policy , which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

Promotional Offers

We may offer discounts, trials, or other promotional offers from time to time. Any additional conditions of a promotion (such as its duration, eligibility, or the price after the promotional period) are disclosed with the offer. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined and have no cash value.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service only in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws. You are solely responsible for how you use the Service and any consequences that result from that use.

Without limiting the foregoing, you agree that you will not:

  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws, school policies, or the terms of third-party platforms
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Service or its infrastructure
  • Bypass, disable, or interfere with security or access controls related to the Service
  • Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access the Service in a manner that harms its availability or integrity
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting Us or using the Service
  • Use the Service to distribute malware, spam, or other harmful content

Academic Integrity and Third-Party Platforms

The Service may help you locate answers or related materials for quizzes, assignments, and similar educational activities. You remain solely responsible for complying with your school, institution, or platform rules, including academic integrity policies.

Quizit is an independent service and is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Quizizz, Wayground, Kahoot, Quizlet, Blooket, Wordwall, Liveworksheets, Brainly, LearningApps, or any other third-party platform mentioned on the Website, unless explicitly stated otherwise. All product and company names are trademarks™ or registered® trademarks of their respective holders. Use of them does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by them.

Legal Disclaimer: The Service is provided for educational and demonstration purposes only. Nothing on the Website constitutes a "hacking tool" or an invitation to perform unauthorized security testing, and We do not facilitate or encourage the bypassing of security measures of any third-party platform. All actions performed through the Service are at your sole discretion and risk. We assume no liability for misuse of the Service, academic consequences, or violations of third-party Terms of Service.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by you or by third parties), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from our branding, software, or proprietary materials without our prior written permission, except as expressly permitted by these Terms or by law.

The Service may display advertisements and may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

You acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, with respect to the Service.

Without limiting the foregoing, the Company makes no warranty that the Service will meet your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible with other software or systems, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards, or be error-free.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the Website and the Service.

Governing Law
